Where to stay in Bali with little kids?
Traveling with children requires careful planning, especially if they are toddlers.
Bali is a much larger island than many people realize, with journeys between locations sometimes taking up to seven hours by car. Because of its size, you’ll find a variety of beaches and areas that may or may not be suitable for kids. In my opinion, The best places to stay with children are Sanur, followed by Seminyak and Jimbaran. Personally, I prefer quieter spots and enjoy spending time with my family in a more tranquil setting, but other areas of Bali, including the bustling Kuta, can also be great for families.
Kids usually love the beach and swimming in the sea, but if your family isn’t too keen on the ocean, I recommend considering Ubud. It’s the most authentic part of Bali, characterized by its lush landscapes and beautiful rice paddies.
When it comes to food, children often gravitate toward fast food! While it’s not the healthiest option, there are McDonald’s locations in Kuta and Sanur if you’re looking for something familiar. Jimbaran, another family-friendly area I recommend, is renowned for its seafood and boasts a wide range of seafood restaurants.
